Class Size

Rowan is big enough to offer dozens of majors and more than 100 student clubs and organizations but intimate enough to boast an average class size of just 20 students and a student/faculty ratio of just 13:1. Our faculty come from the four corners of the earth and have been educated at some of the finest academic institutions in the world. They are well-trained and bring a wealth of knowledge from the industries in which they specialize. Further, at Rowan University only faculty members teach, not teaching assistants.

Despite direct instruction from, and easy access to faculty by students, Rowan University’s 2008-2009 costs are highly competitive – just $10,908 for full-time New Jersey residents (not including room and board) and $18,216 for out-of-state students (not including room and board).

Roughly 70% of Rowan students receive financial aid – on average $10,443 per year. Learn more by visiting www.rowan.edu/financialaid.
